The Researchers Alliance for Development is an informal, action-oriented, multidisciplinary network of researchers and academics that provides a platform for dialogue and exchange of ideas on international development.
RAD’s objectives are to:
1. Facilitate interaction between the academic community and the World Bank;
2. Mobilize the academic and student community on development issues and curricula, facilitating mutual flow of knowledge.
The activities of RAD are coordinated by the Steering Committee composed of 10 researchers.
The RAD Secretariat is located at the World Bank Paris Office and is coordinated by the Development Policy Dialogue Team.
