Working Groups

Working Groups

The RAD set up informal working groups in order to facilitate dialogue on specific issues in development.

The working groups bring together members of the RAD who are experts on the thematic issue of interest to the particular WG, World Bank experts (researchers and operational staff), representatives of other bilateral and multilateral organizations, as well as policy makers.

Working Groups may meet regularly or once for a specific purpose, by videoconference or in person. The agenda is determined by the leader of the group.

Currently, there are 2 working groups: on migration and on labor markets. Both working groups have contributed to the ABCDE conference by organizing parallel sessions in the program.
Creation of a working group on tertiary education and on governance is in progress.
